Selling your home? You have to see this new tool!

I pride myself on continually searching for the latest and greatest tools that help us do a better job for our clients or that help our clients get better informed. I believe the better informed our clients are, the more satisfied they are after the sale or purchase of their home.

With that said, we have just deployed a new tool on our website that anyone selling or buying a home is going to want to utilize.

It is a virtual CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) tool that shows all the recent sales activity within an adjustable radius (from 1/4 mile to 2 miles) and calculates Median Price, Average Price, Sales, Current Inventory, Sales Vs. List Price, and Days on Market for past 12 months and compared to a year ago.

You can look not only at a specific address, but also an entire city's statistics by only entering the city name or zip code. I think you will agree it is a pretty slick tool that will not only save you time, but it can very well save you some money!
